Read 1 Corinthians 2: 10-11 and see where knowledge is ascribed to the Holy Spirit.
Read 1 Corinthians 12:11, where you will see that the Spirit has a will. Is the Holy Spirit a power to get hold of and use, or a person of sovereign majesty who uses us according to His will?
Consider the water the potter uses to form the clay. If you are the clay and the Lord is the potter, who do you think the water represents?
Read Romans 8:27 and see where the Spirit has a mind.
Read Romans 15:30 and see where the Spirit loves.
Ponder those five words "the love of the Spirit".
Is the Holy Spirit a person?
Listening to the Holy Spirit.
Read Isaiah 50:4; Acts 10:44; 1 Corinthians 2:9,10; Revelation 2:7. We expect the man of God in the pulpit to be filled with the Spirit as he preaches or teaches. Do we have an obligation to be filled with the Spirit as we hear?
Can you relate a time when the Holy Spirit helped you understand what was being preached or taught, or revealed a truth to you which was not directly addressed by the speaker? Did you share that revelation with the group? If not, what kept you from doing that?
Read Psalm 139:7-10 and consider the omnipresence of the Spirit.
Read 1 Corinthians 2:10-11, John 14:26, John 16:12-13 and see the omniscience (knows all things) of the Spirit.
