Kids

PCC Kids exists to provide a safe environment for children so their parents can attend services with peace of mind. All of our child workers have undergone a background check. Our caregivers seek to make the most of every opportunity to show the children the love of Christ and point them to saving knowledge of Christ.
Nursery Check-in
  • Childcare (nursery) is provided for children ages 0 thru 4. The nursery mixes free play time with games, stories, songs, prayer, and bible verses to begin to introduce the children to the character of God.
  • Check-in begins at 8:45am (15 minutes prior to the start of the 9:00am service).

Junior Church
  • Children pre-K thru 6th grade attend the first half of the main service with their parents. They are then dismissed at the conclusion of our congregational singing to participate in Junior Church, with instruction designed to engage children with Scripture through stories, music, prayer, drama, and games. We use The Gospel Project, a curriculum designed to help kids experience the gospel. Children will learn how the gospel unfolds from Genesis to Revelation.

Sunday School – 10:30am-11:30am
(check-in begins 10:25 am)
  • Childcare is provided for children ages 0 thru 4. The nursery mixes free play time with games, stories, songs, prayer, and bible verses to begin to introduce the children to the character of God.
  • Children ages pre-K thru 3rd grade participate in the curriculum "The Gospel Project" a curriculum designed to systematically introduce children to Christian truth through stories, music, prayer, drama, and games. The curriculum is Christ-centered study  (all scripture gives testimony to Jesus), and Missional focus (leaving opportunity for children to respond to God). The curriculum focus this quarter is “The Mission Begins".  The Mission Begins helps kids discover how after Jesus returned to heaven, the Holy Spirit—whom He had promised to send—was given to the disciples. Filled with the Holy Spirit’s power, the small group of disciples shared the gospel and the early church grew rapidly. The church is God’s plan to bring praise and glory to Jesus. Through the church, the gospel goes beyond Jerusalem, Judea, and Samaria to the end of the earth. The leaders of the early church addressed disagreements and problems by reminding everyone that Jesus is their ultimate leader and that they share the common mission given by Him to take the gospel to the entire world.
  • Children in grades 4 thru 6 participate in the same curriculum designed for their aged abilities and competencies.

Sunday Evenings – 6:00-7:00pm
  • Childcare is not presently offered. Childcare will be provided as needed. Contact us with any questions.
